Bonjour, tout le monde! My name is Kaitlyn Herdé, and I’m so excited to be a part of Stories Untold US. I’m a Virginian with Canadian and Trinidadian roots. Among my many interests, I love to watch TV, cook, put lots of sugar in my tea, and learn! As someone very interested in making change, I applied to join an internship in the summer where I met Carlitos, who later invited me to join journalism at Stories Untold. I have always been fascinated by the billions of stories around us, and I am even more determined to share them. We all have things to say that might not seem important, or it may feel like nobody cares, but there is someone who cares, and we all need and deserve an outlet! I want to spread this message and make Stories Untold as accessible as possible for everyone to be their genuine selves.
