Hello! My name is Katherine Guerra and I am a proud member of Stories Untold. I was born in Miami Florida but have been fortunate enough to have lived and travel all around the world. I am now an alumni of Marjory Stoneman Douglas but the trauma and hardships that struck after the mass shooting at my school will forever reside with me. It was a day that changed us all and although it brought pain and anger, it also taught us to heal and rise again. It was a tragedy that struck us to the ground but ultimately propelled us to fight for a better future. I have worked towards creating positive change and learned so much throughout the process. I have unconditional love for my family, friends, and the world as a whole which is why I am so passionate about educating society and bringing awareness to global/national issues. I consider myself to be a rather spontaneous person who loves adventure whether it's a quick trip to the beach or a flight to the other side of the globe. I love trying new cuisines and learning about different cultures. Cooking and dancing are both hobbies of mine that I cherish and like to enjoy with the people around me. On cold rainy days you can find me binge watching Netflix shows such as Money Heist or Elite with my favorite snacks. I’m excited to be on this journey with my amazing team and make an impact on the world.
